The Merrill Project Refund Policies
Physical Product Refunds
We will, at our sole discretion, allow for the return or replacement of products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After 30 days all sales are final.
Please contact Charisse at email@example.com before returning any item. You will be given return instructions at that time as they will vary from product to product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds of items with obvious signs of wear or items not in original packaging may not be approved or may only be granted a partial refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 48 business hours. It may take longer before your refund officially posts to your bank account or credit card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider tracking your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Digital Download Refunds
The Merrill Project will provide no refunds for digital downloadable products. Because the nature of these products allows for them to be downloaded, used and/ or printed immediately upon purchase they cannot be “returned,” as such, no refunds will be granted.
However, all effort will be made to ensure that such products are delivered as promised. If you experience technical issues with a digital download you have purchased, please contact Charisse directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
eCourses are a much larger investment than regular downloadable digital products. As such, we do provide refunds for eCourses under certain conditions. We offer this guarantee because we have full confidence in our courses and know that if you apply yourself, do the worksheets and take action, you will find them most helpful.
Each eCourse will have its own specific refund policy that will be detailed on the sales page.
“Change of mind” refunds for any eCourse are not provided. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the eCourse by submitting the required number of completed worksheets from the first few weeks of the eCourse before requesting a refund.

Affiliate Product Refunds
We offer no refund for products recommend by us, but purchased on other 3rd party website. Please view the refund policies on those websites.
