Changing your Oil
What you Need:

- Pan to catch the old oil
- Ratchet to take the oil cap off
- Gloves
- Oil Filter Wrench
- Funnel
- New Oil
- New oil filter
- Paper towels

Step by step instructions

- Find oil cap
- Then find the oil plug
- Finally find the oil filter
- Undo oil plug to let the oil loose
- Place oil catch container under the car directly under the plug
- Put on gloves, grab ratchet and unscrew the oil plug. Let it drain.
- While waiting for the oil to drain, use your (something to take the oil filter off) and take off your oil filter.
- Take some oil from the old filter and rub it onto the “o ring” of the new filter.
- Hand tighten new oil filter into vehicle.
- When oil is finished draining, insert and tighten plug back on.
- Take off oil cap, place funnel in, and refill with new oil.
- Place oil cap on.
- Next, you’ll want to recheck the oil level. After checking level, start the car and make sure the oil pressure is going up, and let the car run for a bit. Then recheck the oil again.
In conclusion
Changing oil can be fairly simply. It is defiantly a job worth learning how to save yourself some money. You just need the right tools, and strength to complete the job. This video shows it takes 5 min, but it will really take about 15-20 min. Watch the full video below.
