Pick from 3 dinner menu options such as beef, chicken or other.  Also, 1 lunch, 2 breakfast, and even 1 dessert menu!  There are so many options to find a perfect menu that your family will defiantly enjoy.

Each recipe has basic  “every day use” ingredients, along with the “food storage” substitutions.  Substitution amounts for freeze dried, dehydrated or powder food items are included.

Recipes make 8 x 8 inch casseroles, or 1 dozen muffins for breakfast items.  This ensures the perfect amount of food for a family of 4 with not too much left overs.
